The dining area comfortably fits four on solid wood, is surrounded by vintage cesca chairs, and is followed by an expressive open space. Unique to my home is my social nook which is accompanied by a symphonic gong and piano, perfect for sound baths of any kind. The bathroom and guest room are also on this level. At the bottom of the spiral staircase is the master bedroom with an ensuite art studio. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, clothing storage, and a projector (portable). The studio would come bare bones; if you are interested in utilizing the studio space please mention that inquiry. It's a truly welcoming space--not at all like your typical sublet! I am Seeking responsible folks who will see its specialness and treat it and enjoy it as their home away from home. This space would be perfect for a traveling artist, student(s), or a small group.
