Hi all,

I’m looking for someone to sublet a 2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens for an August 1st move-in. The sublease is 4 months from August 2023- November 2023, ending on 11/30, though you can renew if you'd like to. The rent is $2850 a month - not including utilities, they have usually totaled to about ~$80-100 a month.
We’re near the Winthrop 2/5 station (~4 min walk) right off Winthrop St. and New York Ave. Lots of stores, bars, and food nearby. Very easy to get to Manhattan and other popular places in Brooklyn. We have a basement that has a laundry room. The apartment has an open floor plan and 1 big bathroom. We also have access to the rooftop. We’re on the second floor, accessible through an elevator and stairs.
Both rooms are street-facing with high ceilings and a big window with lots of light when you need it. They are pretty standard-sized rooms, one is a little bigger than the other (can fit a queen bed in one and a king in the other). Also, each room has a spacious closet as well. The apartment will be unfurnished.
