The Hub is in central Downtown Brooklyn but in one of the best locations near Brownstone and tree-lined State Street. The subway connectivity is unmatched within a several-minute walk to A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, R, B, D, N, G.

The two-bedroom unit is 1208 sqft on the penthouse 54th floor. This floor has fewer units.

The Hub building is rent stabilized which means rent increases are strictly based on the annual allowed amount by the city vs. an individual owner who could raise rents to any amount at their discretion.

Location: On the border of Downtown Brooklyn, Boreum Hill, Fort Greene across from BAM, Whole Foods, and close to Trader Joe's, Target, Barclays.. so many restaurants and shopping.

View: Floor-to-ceiling windows give almost a 270-degree view from Red Hook to JFK. The corner bedroom window faces the East River and the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Heights, and Manhattan.

Most of the apartment has 10-foot ceilings. There are individual heat/AC units in the living room and in each bedroom. This has allowed us to keep low ConEd bills throughout the year.

Master bedroom will easily fit a king sized bed comfortably

We are close to the elevators and the trash room/ service elevator. The apartment has only one wall that it shares with another unit (the smaller bedroom). All other walls are shared with hallways. The unit is exceptional for soundproofing.

Pull down blinds on every window, designer dark-wood cabinets including over the refrigerator and Bosh dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The island in the kitchen (see photos) belongs to the unit. It is on wheels and if requested could also be removed if you do not need it.

Maintainance and building operations: We've had the very best experience with the Hub and highly recommend it. There is a building website portal where you can post maintenance requests which are acted on very quickly by the onsite crew. The staff at the front door, the mail/package room, and the "club" (pool, gym, dog run.. etc) are very friendly. We will miss this part of living here!

Two baths include a large stand-up shower and a bathtub/shower and an extra wide his/hers sink in the main bathroom.

Pet friendly!

Parking is available with a monthly discount for building tenants. Direct entrance to building elevators!

We love the Hub and renewed our lease last year after doing an extensive search for anything we might like more. We stayed at the Hub because we love it and would stay here indefinitely if we were not leaving the country. Five stars and sad to leave.
