Studio apartment with a perfect location and fantastic + interesting views of Broad St. Broad street often has parades, protests, celebrities, and interesting things going on since it houses the NYSE - and you can see everything from the apartment. Next door to a large Whole Foods market, very close proximity to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, R, W, J, and Z trains, close walking distance to Battery Park. Great amenities, well put together rooftop with views of the Statue of Liberty and surrounding buildings. Theres a lounge area, and a separate game room with pool tables, shuffle board and poker tables inside a bank vault. The gym is fantastic as well. Great doormen and staff. No car access into Broad street plus a sound proof apartment gives you a lot of privacy and dead silence when you want it. Very modern styling in the apartment. Appliances are all fantastic as well, with everything blending together in terms of looks. Gas stoves, dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, an oven that goes to 600 degrees (good for making pizza) and a great shower as well.

Overall, its hard to find a place thats as comfortable as this in downtown Manhattan for this price. I'm only leaving due to a job relocation, otherwise I'd stay here another 20 years.
