Apartment is an alcove studio - with the bedroom cove separated from the great room via a long kitchen
Gigantic windows with a wide open view of Fulton Station and aesthetically pleasing buildings in Fidi
Amenities -
- Gym is great, with all basics + a squat rack. It's also rarely populated
- 2 floors of rooftops, both with really strong and spacious views
My current lease is up July 1, but won't be there for the month of June
One caveat - I'll be needing to take the couch. However the bean bag seats will stay (lived with them for >2 months while I waited for the couch and it was no problem)
