We're subletting our apartment at 60 Water Street in Dumbo from May to October 2023, with the option to sign a one-year lease instead. The apartment building was just featured in the Netflix film "Your Place Or Mine?" as Ashton Kutcher's bachelor paradise.
We're well-traveled and have stayed in a number of stunning properties, but we're not exaggerating: this has one of the best views in the world. You're just above the Brooklyn Bridge. The sunsets are epic, and you can see the World Trade Center and all of the East river.
If you opt into the $600 amenity fee, you can access the 360* roof deck and third-floor gym. The roof deck is incredible for hosting and offers the best views around. We also have a parking spot for offer if you need it.
