The building, 10 W. 15th Street, also known as The Parker Gramercy, is a full-service building with a 24-hour doorman, concierge, live-in super, and package valet. There is a basement laundry room but you can drop your laundry off in the lobby for in-house laundry/dry-cleaning service.

The location is unbelievable: one block west of Union Square (which has Whole Foods and the most amazing farmer’s market), at the intersection of Chelsea, Union Square, Greenwich Village and West Village. As a lifetime New Yorker, I would love to give you recommendations for restaurants, cafes, and shops both in the neighborhood and beyond.

You can get to any subway from my spot and I’m surrounded by CitiBike docks. Everyone is so jealous of the public transit access I have.

Also, since you’ll be renting directly from a homeowner, you’ll get the comfort of knowing that it’s an apartment I actually use. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with pretty much everything you could need. Happy plants, unique artwork, fancy mattress and bed linens, hair dryer, ironing supplies, white noise machine, Bose speaker, Apple Home Pod, Amazon Fire TV, coffee maker, and Nespresso Machine included :)

It has a contemporary bathroom with modern sink and vanity, with a tub and glass shower doors. The apartment faces the courtyard, so it is super quiet. Central HVAC system provides heat and air-conditioning. Though the closet looks full, I will clear space for your stuff :)
