Huge space with a separate kitchen, bathroom, and hallway with two large closets. Big southern facing windows with a gorgeous view of midtown including the Empire State Building. The unit is in the back of the building and is really quiet and cozy. Doorman building with an elevator, laundry in basement, and access to a gym in the sister building. I have loved this apartment and wish I didn’t have to leave it. Please note it would be unfurnished.

If interested there are a few pieces of furniture I will not be taking with me including a futon, rug, and microwave. I would be happy to leave those for free
