The unit is located in Midwood BK, it’s a huge room and you will have more than enough space to fit all your items. It’s a very safe neighborhood and has a lot of walking distance groceries, train nearby , target , marshalls , tj maxx , chipotle, Starbucks and pharmacies are all nearby. (This unit is a 2 bedroom apartment) so you will have another female living in the unit as well. If you are interested please message me as soon as possible 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽- I’m looking to have someone take over by April 17th. The lease ends by May 31st 2023. My half payment for the room is 1,000 and utilities were about 50-60$. Heat and gas is included in the rent 👍🏼 Please be advised that since I leave the 16th - you are responsible for paying 500$ for April 17th move in this has a potential for a long term lease once connected with management based on great credit, working and making income, and doing a background check to make sure you are fully approved to renew else for long term.

Roommate: She's very chill, clean organized and works fulltime. (she will end her lease May 31st) so you have the option to find another roommate after.
