You’re a 2 minute walk from the broadway-myrtle stop (M,J,Z), which makes getting around super easy. The building is brand new with tons of modern amenities like a virtual doorman, package locker, and key fob access to the gym, common room, or rooftop.

The apartment itself is a truly massive one bed (not like the shoebox one beds a lot of places advertise as massive). There are three, deep closets. The bedroom itself is large enough for a king bed with end tables on each side as well as two very large dressers at the foot.
Floor to ceiling windows in both the bedroom and living room give the place tons of natural light and even better… they vacuum seal! Your place is wonderfully insulated from all of the noise of the city. It’s so peaceful and quiet here.
The kitchen comes with tons of cabinet space and is turned away into its own nook, which makes it feel separated from the living area itself.
The about 24’x13’ living room is large enough to accommodate a full kitchen table and chairs (when I say full I mean 6-8 person), two large desks for working from home, a large section couch and a coffee table.
The private balcony is an added bonus on an otherwise already fantastic living space.
