Gas, heat, and hot water are covered by the building. Responsive and friendly live-in super and helpful management company. No pets allowed, sorry!

I have lived in the building for 1.5 years and am sad to leave this charming apartment. But I am moving boroughs and hope someone will enjoy this apartment as much as I have.
