The space has occupies three floors of a mixed-use building located on Smith Street, a small commercial street well known for restaurants, shopping and nigh life. Convenient to shops, bookstores, groceries, coffeeshops and the nearby Brooklyn Bridge Park. It is also near all subways and a short ride to Manhattan. There is 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed so that the space is best for 4-5 but can be set up with space for 6.
The 2000+ sf triplex is located above a restaurant. There is a bedroom floor, an open living room floor and a top floor kitchen with a roof deck. The triplex has a green space, with all surfaces having zero to low VOCs i.e. 100% wood floors finished with non-toxic waxes and finishes (Biosheld), 100% wool carpets, high end low VOC paints (Farrow and Ball) and all cleaning supplies are "green" (i.e. Bioshield, Citrasolve, Meyers). We are listing the space for 5 guests since it is quite large but please know for an additional bed there is a choice of a double aero-mattress or a high quality organic cotton futon.
