The unit is on the 25th floor so you get amazing views in the morning and throughout the day to the evening. The building is a doorman building and surrounded by grocery shops, parks, bars and everything your heart desires. The unit is also quite because it has thick windows and you have a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub in the unit. You will have 24-hour access to our gym in the building.

No parties, no animals and no smoking inside at anytime. I have doorman and they will only let you as the authorized person upstairs (but no one else). I am only renting to someone I can trust because this is my home and not a random Airbnb. Also any pets are stricty forbidden and so is any kind of smoking inside my apartment.
