Looking for someone to take over my lease for a flex bedroom in the Atelier condo (42nd & 11th) in Hell’s Kitchen. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment (3br flex/2 bath) is fully furnished.
* Rent: $2,000 a month (heat/water included, internet = $26.67/month, electricity split 3 ways)
* Lease takeover: ASAP (flexible) - Dec 31st, 2023
- Move-in date very flexible, will pro-rate rent
* Roommates: Two girls in their mid-20s working in consulting; have been a pleasure to live with. Friendly, hilarious, considerate, quick with splitting bills, clean and organized. Happy to make an introduction/FT to see if everyone vibes
* Amenities: Luxury building with:
- Apartment is a corner unit so has windows on both sides, abundant sunlight in ALL rooms
- Common areas fully furnished
- In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher
