The 1 train is a 10 minute downhill walk. Within a 5 block radius are a post office, supermarkets, drug stores, church, library, UPS, urgent care, a slew of wonderful restaurants and eateries, and even a Labcorp. Columbia University's sports complex and hospital annex are a lovely 10 minute walk, 4 bus stops, or 3-minute ride away. Possibility to renew for another year.
