Closing on a condo in April and need to find a tenant to take over what remains in the lease, which is 10 months. You would be able to extend the lease upon signing! The rent on this unit is STABALIZED!
The rent is $4,636.50 but I would be offering concessions, bringing the rent to $4,400, and am open to negotiation. The annual $600 amenity fee would be waived as well.
This 16th floor unit is the only unit at 300 Ashland to feature wall to wall corner windows with a Manhattan view; all other corner line units feature smaller East-facing windows. I have maintained it well.
300 Ashland place is a high rise new development in Fort Greene that shares retail space with a Whole Foods, Apple and soon a movie theater and library. The building is dog friendly and features a gym on the 29th floor with views overlooking Brooklyn and Manhattan. 24 hour doorman service, rooftop terrace, common game room and storage for rent is also available.
