Hi everyone! I’m moving for a job, so I’m looking for someone to takeover the rest of my lease from March 1st to August 31, 2023 (can be flexible with move in date for sometime in early March). The apt is located in the UES on 96th. Me and my roommate (female, 27) are the 2nd tenants ever to live in this renovated apartment! It’s a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. We have our own AC/Heat units in each room. It’s a keyless building and apartment; there’s a digital doorman. Laundry in basement as well as a fitness center(!) and bike rack in the basement. We live on the 3rd floor, so only need to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

My room is so great! It will be unfurnished BUT it comes with the wardrobe. You can easily fit a full bed, like I have. Since my room faces the street, I get natural light. Although it’s on 96th street, the windows are able to block out a majority of the noise which is super handy for meetings if you’re wfh. The fire escape/balcony is also cute!

Located right across the end of the Q line on 96th, so super convenient as well as near a couple of bus stops. UES is a nice, walkable area with nail salons, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. all around.

Roommate must:
- Be Clean and respectful
- Not be allergic to cats
- Cool with the smell of 🍃
- Doesn’t matter if wfh or office

Total cost you would individually pay: $2,100 monthly rent + $30 WiFi split + $50 to $70 utilities (electricity)

Honestly love this apartment and room, and I’m sad to leave it so soon! Looking to get this squared away ASAP! P
