Comfy queen bed. Microwave plus mini-kitchen oven & stove-top. All dishes, kitchen & cookware provided. Quiet, peaceful space. Owners are older couple with a sweet 1 year-old beagleX pup. No smoking of any kind allowed. Great studio for one; ideal for neat, minimalistic visiting professor, serious graduate student or professional. ( we are accepting of many things, but excessive baggage, noise, guests, are out of the question). Weekly cleaning, bi-weekly bed change included. We provide all linens & bedding. We do not do personal laundry. References required.
