The building is well kept - super clean - feels brand new. Surrounding you are beautiful new buildings and some of the best shops and restaurants in NYC. You are a short walk to the subway or ferry making it extremely easy to get in and out of the city... if you have to leave. The view from my apartment is INCREDIBLE - overlooking the entire NYC skyline. I am able to work, play, and enjoy the neighborhood without even having to step foot into the city. I am happy to accommodate for the place to be furnished or unfurnished. Come enjoy this beautiful apartment:)
