This place is phenomenal. The luxury building is next door to the NY Stock Exchange and has a number of perks. The unit has 2 beds, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a load of awesome perks like workout room, lounge (work / study), rooftop with great views, and doorman service. Our unit has a full kitchen, a furnished living room and bedroom. Plenty of windows in the apartment. We got this place on a Covid deal and we were lucky because this place is quite nice. This room is the master, which has the onsweet bathroom, three large windows, and a full sized closet.

The furniture in the shared space is all mine, will be willing to part with it for very cheap - you and the current roommate may be able to split it or if you don't want any of it I can take it myself. Same situation with the master bedroom. Willing to part ways with everything at a very cheap price. We can talk about all of that if you're interested. I'm very flexible as I leave for the UK in late February and want to get someone in by March 1st or around that time. Your base rent is $2,518.75 but you will 1/2 electric and 1/2 wifi with Tim, the existing roommate. There is also a $40 fee monthly for access to gym, rooftop, lounge, and game room. Typically comes out between $2,600 - $2,650.
