I love this apartment but a room with some of my best friends just opened up and I can't pass up moving in with them. The building has ALL the amenities, gym, laundry, game room, photo studio, movie theater, sauna, crazy roof... Google "The Rheingold Bushwick" to see all it has to offer.

1 Bedroom, the bedroom has a custom-sized smart blind I will be leaving behind. It's compatible with Google Home/Alexa which cost me approx $600. Waking up to automatic sunlight triggered by your alarm is a wonderful thing and if you move in it's all yours!

I am also open to leaving behind the couch (West Elm Originally $2,000), coffee table, and cabinet in the bathroom if there is interest and we can work something out. Furthermore, I will begin moving out asap, as my new room is open, so if needed you can move in early sometime in March as soon as I am out. I am already almost out and can send updated photos very soon.

The apartment faces Forrest street. I had previously lived on the Bushwick Ave side of the same building and it is so much quieter over here I love it.

The parking spot is #2 which is the closest parking spot to the elevator that is 20 feet away from my door, as convenient as it could possibly be. The parking is optional.

Rent(2,789) + Parking (325) is 3,114 a month.

Rent on the contract is 3,039 but I will be subsidizing to bring it down 250 per month to 2,789.
