This is a sunny two bedroom apartment on the top floor of an elevator building in the heart of Hell's Kitchen! Recently renovated new appliances including dishwasher, full bathtub, and we have never had any pests.

The bedrooms are different sizes, with the large room facing 9th Ave and having INCREDIBLE natural light and a huge closet. Easily fits a queen bed, desk, dresser, etc. The smaller bedroom is internal but still has a lightwell window (soft natural light) and fits a queen sized bed as well as some furniture such as a dresser.

We have really loved living here and it is hard to give up the apartment itself. The food in the area is fantastic (Thai, Korean, Peruvian, and more!), there are a bunch of fun bars and clubs in the area, super LGBTQ+ friendly, and the bodega on the corner makes a killer quesadilla no matter what time you're getting home.

One block from the A/C/E, two from the 1, and max 10 minute walk to B/D/F or N/R/W. Proximity to Central Park makes for really wonderful Sunday walks and excellent selection of stores in Columbus Circle or the hubbub of Times Square.

The super lives in the building and is an angel; Victor is so responsive and we have never had issues with security. The laundry in building is clutch and he stays on top of maintaining those machines as well as the elevator.

We have also confirmed with the landlord that this is a formal lease transfer process, and you will be taking over the apartment at our rent of $3,650, whereas if they were to list the apartment fresh this summer, it would be at more than $4,000!

Additional fees

The landlord will require you to formally pass the approval process, which entails providing a W2/tax return, 2 most recent paystubs, copy of photo ID, and bank statements.

Other info

We are open to leaving the apartment partially furnished! In particular, the bedroom set in the large bedroom except for the bedframe can remain, and in the small room the whole bed can remain. If there is any furniture you are especially interested in we are open to discussion, and if you prefer to move into a fully unfurnished apartment we are also willing to get everything out.
