Additional fees

- No background/SSN checks required.

- Proof of annual income at 40X the monthly rent -or- Checking/Savings statements under your name that cover at least 3 months' rent ($5850)

- 1st month's rent required upfront.

- Security deposit is under my name; if any incidents occur during your stay that would lead to landlord repairs that penalize this deposit, you will be notified and responsible for reimbursing.

- We will both sign a notarized lease takeover agreement

This lease ends April 30th, after which renewal decisions will be between you and the landlord, with whom I have a great relationship with.

Cats are allowed! There was a former tenant with a dog but I believe it was for service reasons.
