The apartment is in a cool modern-concept building located 5-7 minutes walking from Morgan (L Train) and Flushing (MFJ Trains). We fell in love with this building especially because of all the amenities that are available: SPA (Sauna and steam bath), beautiful gym with all you need plus squash and climbing wall, game room, video-game room, kids room, conferences and studios spaces but, what we found really interesting are the music room and the giant roof top that overlook on a stunning Manhattan skyline, with grills and green areas that we really enjoyed during the summer.
The people from the building are very nice and always pretty prompt to solve issues and needs. Very functional mailing room: no boxes lost anymore!
Our 1 bedroom apartment is in a convenient spot on the first floor, very close to the main entry and elevators (which made easy the moving). Laundry room and the amenities floor are also easily reachable. The hard wood floor makes the atmosphere cozy and relaxing and we love the kitchen island and the big windows.
