I am the leaseholder and vacating the unit after approximately 7 years, prior to the unit’s lease renewal. I am looking for someone to take over my lease.

March 2023's security is $2620.11 paid to me at move-in, as there is security in an escrow account for this unit already. Your additional required security amount for new lease (approx $85) will sent to property management by check.

Please meet the income requirements. I will send you property management's rental application which you will send to them along with a $20 application fee by check. A conversation with the landlord would be necessary re: pets. ESA is allowed (10 lbs or under.) I was not allowed pets per my lease, but there are other tenants in the building with dogs. No washer/dryer allowed in the unit.
