The building requires the following documents for the new lessee:
1) Valid color US photo ID or foreign passport with Visa.
2) Proof of income: the annual income requirement is 40x the monthly rent for the Lease Holder and 80x for a Guarantor
a. If Employed: Last 2 pay stubs OR Signed employment letter on company letterhead AND last year’s W2 with the same current employer (especially if your income includes a lot of bonuses).
b. If Self-Employed: A notarized CPA letter on letterhead with license number indicating the last 2 years of adjusted gross incomes (2020 & 2021) and amount of anticipated annual income for the current year (2022) OR the last 2 years of tax returns 2020 & 2021 (first 2 pages of 1040 forms only)
3) For address verification:
a. Last 2 bank statements showing name and current address (same account and consecutive)
