Hi, I am looking to sublet my 1 bed apartment (~700 sq ft) on 77th st in Upper West Side, Manhattan from Feb 3rd to March 4th. The neighbourhood is amazing, lots of bars and restaurants at walking distance, central park is 10mins walk away and riverside park is a minute away. The unit is 5mins walk to the 1 subway line and 8-10mins to the 2,3 express subway line. There is absolutely no noise or disturbance in the night so you can sleep peacefully!

The unit is fully furnished including heat, water and the kitchen is fully stocked up with utensils, cooking ingredients, etc as well as a dishwasher. The unit also has a smart TV and you can connect your Netflix, Hulu, etc accounts. The unit is in an elevator building without a doorman, on the 6th floor that has ample sunlight during the day (the hall is east facing). There is a washer dryer in the basement.
