- the best doormen I have ever had
- park that closes to the public at night but remains open to residents (great if you have a dog)
- modern finishes (all my friends comment on the cool, flush kitchen appliances)
- my friends also love the gym (I use Equinox, so I cannot personally attest but it looks nice)
