I am the current tenant and relocating out of town and looking for someone to cover the last 2 months of the lease. I am planning to take what I can use of my furniture, and can either leave other items for a tenant or have them removed before you move in.

Utilities and internet with wifi included. The space will be professionally cleaned before and during stay. Minimum stay 1 month, maximum 2. Ideal tenant is either someone looking to try out the neighborhood before moving, or a professional on short-term assignment in New York City.

I am a 15 year NY transplant and have been in the space 2 years and it is a great spot and location. I am the primary point of contact, and can answer questions or provide a tour.

Security deposit is due to secure the apartment. The first month's rent is due 2/1, and the 2nd month's rent is due 3/1.
