We are moving to a new place and looking for a replacement tenant for our current lease. We have lived in many buildings over the years and this was by far the best one we’ve come across. We hate to leave the building but we’ve recently bought a property. Note that you would enter a new lease agreement directly with Brodsky, but we’re advertising this unit directly since we’re breaking our lease early and we’re responsible for finding a new tenant. Apartment 34H is one of the most desirable layouts, it’s one of the largest 1bd units in the building at about 725 sqft with lots of closet space including two walk-in closets in the bedroom and another big closet by the entrance. There are washers and dryers in every unit. This is actually the only available unit in the H line at the moment. It has full size windows and modern appliances, we particularly like the kitchen with the fridge integrated in the cabinets.
This brand new building (built in 2018) is pet-friendly and close to the Fort Greene park and Dekalb avenue. The 24hr concierge and the rest of the staff are exceptionally professional and helpful. There are two rooftops (18th and 43rd floor), lounge, meeting rooms, grills with a big lawn, and the best gym we’ve seen in a building including a half basketball court. Tenants regularly enjoy discounts and offers from nearby shops like free laundry delivery.
The location is just unbeatable in Brooklyn and it has spoiled us for the past 3 years: the building is part of the City Point complex which includes Trader Joe’s, Target, Alamo Drafthouse movie theater, Dekalb Food Hall and many other shops and restaurants. Most subway lines are nearby: B-Q-R literally downstairs under the building, and the following in less than 5-min walk: 1-2-3, 4-5-6, A-C-E, F
