This is one of the best in design, 1BD apartments in what I think is the hottest building in Williamsburg. Around 900sq feet of space. 420 Kent has by far the best pool, best amenities and the best gym (indoor and outdoor gym with city water views) of any luxury building I’ve seen in Williamsburg. The apartment has gorgeous water views from the 20th floor. Custom closets, custom, remote controlled black-out shades and a loft-like layout of the dining and living room. Brand new building (2020) and rent controlled. I was the first ever tenant in this apartment and locked my rent at $5K per month. It’s never going up. I need a bigger place as I’m moving in with my gf. Whoever gets this lease, congratulations.
