The move in date is 03/01/23 but I can also arrange to move out 02/26/23 to give you some extra time
The apartment is huge !! beautiful and has 1.5 ROOMS!! (a den in the center - 1/2 extra room! ) this building is RENT STABILIZED so if you decide to renew the lease it might not go up -or if anything just a few bucks.
The building was built 5 years ago and is very safe and located only 1.5 blocks from Queensboroplaza station where you can hop on the N W R 7 trains only 1 stop to Manhattan 59th street !
I would love to keep this apartment but I’m pregnant and moving away.
No brokers fee! We would have to discuss some details in person about the lease takeover
I have furniture (bed couch dressers) that I can sell or move out
