Incentives

I am willing to provide the incoming tenant with free furniture. The incoming tenant may also keep one of the air conditioning units.

The property owning company (Eberhart Bros) has indicated to me that they may offer a full 12-month lease at the end of the lease to the incoming tenant, if they are satisfied with the incoming tenant. I cannot guarantee that this will happen or the price at which the next lease could be offered.

Additional fee

The incoming tenant will need to be approved by the property owning company (Eberhart Brothers) and they will need to have an income of 40x the rent. This process should take between a couple days to a week.

Rental guarantors are accepted if the rental guarantor has an income of 80x the rent.
