Seeking roommate for flex one bedroom in my apartment.

The building: Located in Murray Hill at 29th and 3rd. Biltmore Plaza

The room: UNFURNISHED. Large windows with plenty of natural light over looking the Empire State Building. The flex wall goes to the ceiling so lots of privacy. Approx 9 x 12

The apartment: Shared kitchen, bath and living room. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished so there is no need to bring additional items. Not much extra space to spare. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Full sized fridge. This is not a party apartment; visitors and occasional overnight guests are ok but I am not interested in having a third roommate.

$$: Rent is $1850 per month, plus deposit. Utilities are cable, internet and electricity and will run about $100 per month.

Me: 30 something female, working in finance. Working from home currently going into the office a few times a month. Super clean, quiet and respectful.

You: female, no age preference. Only asking you also be clean, quiet and respectful. Mostly just considerate and good communicator. No drama. Non-smoker. No hard drugs. No pets but must be ok with dogs. I have a small 8 lb well behaved chihuahua.

Available Mar 1 with some flexibility.
