Property Details

You’ll be getting the biggest room, which has a closet, and is more than enough space to fit a full or queen size bed, a large desk, and a dresser. It also has a huge south-facing window so there’s great sunlight during the day. It’s a 2-minute walk to the Montrose Avenue stop off of the L line, a 10-minute walk to the G (Broadway) and J/M (Hewes St). There’s a grocery store right by the station and a few coffee shops and delis nearby too. We’re right around the corner from Win Son bakery and restaurant. There’s a washer and dryer in the basement. Landlord and management company has been pretty great at being responsive. The room will come unfurnished but there will be some furniture in the living/kitchen area.

Roommates: You would be living with two friendly girls in their early 20s. One is a product designer at a startup. She is mostly WFH but quiet and respectful of noise levels during the workday. The other is a grad student studying design and tends to be out and about during the day. They’re clean, respectful, and great at communicating.
Pets: No pets, sorry :(
Utilities: ~$50-60/month
Requirements: 1 month security deposit - this will be returned at the end of the lease. Good credit score and income at least 40x monthly rent.
