I am a lawyer in my early 30s and looking to sublet my one-bedroom in Greenpoint, Brooklyn while I'm out of town. Dates are somewhat flexible, but I am looking to be away from February 11 for about 2-2.5 months.

The apartment is fully furnished and comes with a separate workspace. It is 2 blocks away from the G train, a few blocks to a gorgeous waterfront park, and near trendy cafes, restaurants and bars. I truly love living in Greenpoint and my apartment - it feels like living in a tiny house in a village, despite living in NYC and enjoying all that it has to offer.

My 7-year-old cat has made this place his home and I would prefer to leave him here. He is shy, mellow and sweet. I have good relationships with my landlord and neighbors and would love to sublet to someone mature and respectful.

$2000/month includes rent and all utilities and reflects a discount for catsitting. We'll prorate based on the exact dates.
