I am looking for a renter or sublessee in a wonderful, 4BR 2 bath apartment in Crown Heights. The apartment is in a family-oriented neighborhood facing Brower Park, and is only ten minutes from the A train and 1 block from various citibike parents.
My roommates are in their late 20s and early 30s and very quiet, respectful and clean (in fact we have kitchen rules we've agreed on together). Unfortunately, I am having to leave NYC earlier than intended to take care of sick parents -- I wouldn't be moving otherwise.
