I am looking to sublet my room in a beautiful brownstone in Bedstuy.

Here is a solid breakdown of everything, please let me know if you have any questions.

January 28th - March 28th

PRICE: $1800/month or $450/week

Dates are flexible and I am also open to weekly rentals if you do not wish to rent the entire period, but priority will go to longer term sublets.

THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is the top two floors of a beautiful modern brownstone. The main floor consists of a living room, with a complete entertainment system, a bar, mini fridge, dj decks and a very cozy couch. A wonderful place to spread out, plenty of room to do work outs, and very high ceilings for maximum comfort. There is a full bathroom located off the living room as well, with a good sized shower. The kitchen, which is on the same floor but separate from the living room, is a very cozy and open space. There is a lovely dining room set, and a cozy bench to sit on as well. There is a full sound system in the kitchen if you like to listen to music while you cook. There is also an amazing over head light, which is all on HUE bulbs so it is fully customizable color wise. A very fun addition. Every light in the entire down stairs is also on a dimmer to help set whatever mood you could want. The kitchen includes all the amenities and is modernized. Full working stove and oven, air fryer, coffee maker, garbage disposal and dish washer. Everything works perfectly. There is also a washer and dryer tucked into a closet just off the kitchen as well which is a dream. The upstairs consists of three bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is used as a work space/ spare room and you are free to use that. The second bedroom will be your bedroom, which will consist of a bed, a mirror and a closet. The closet will be cleared out and you will have room to put all your belongings into the room. The room is also south facing, and gets absolutely amazing light through out the day. The third room belongs to your future room mate. There is also a full bathroom with 2 full sink and vanity set ups. One will be exclusively for you to use, and will be cleared out so you can put your belongings in there. There is a second shower up there as well, so there will never be any conflicts with two people needing the bathroom at the same time. There is also a backyard to the place that you are welcome to use.

THE AREA:
We are located in the heart of Bedstuy, walking distance from Saraghina Pizzeria. It is a very cozy and pretty block, lined with trees and full of community support. There is a deli the end of both sides of the block, multiple grocery stores within a 2 block radius and multiple dollar stores as well for any other small things. There are also Citi Bike locations at the end of the block in both directions as well, making transport quite easy. Closest trains are the Kingston Throop A/C/E and the Bedford-Nostrand G which are both only a 10-15min walk away from the front door. There are multiple amazing restaurants around including Saraghina Pizzeria, Lunotico (Jazz Bar), Warude and a whole stretch of fun places just a couple blocks away on Thompson. There are great bars as well, Zig Zag is around the corner and Coyote Club is close by as well which are two of my favorite neighborhood spots. Happy to recommend more places based on what you are looking for as well.

THE ROOMMATE:
Your new room mate is a wonderful human, and a breeze to live with. He works in the film industry, and as such is away for most of the day so you will have the place to yourself quite a bit. He is into film, photography, video games, history, and a whole slew of other topics I’m sure you will get into. He is very kind, open minded and honestly is great to live with.

THE CAT:
There is a very chill and cool cat name Umbra who lives with us. She loves cuddles, is very low key and likes to hang out by the window and watch the people go by. She is taken care of by the room mate, so you will not have to do anything for her but enjoy her company while watching TV.



The place apartment is an absolutely amazing place, and I will be missing it while I have to go and do my work out of town.
