Property Details
Hi - my apartment sits in a prime location at the junction of West Village, Greenwich Village, and Soho. As far as restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. goes - it doesn't get better in Manhattan than here. The street is a beautiful tree lined street with famous restaurants like Carbone right across the street. Not to mention my favorite park is a block away, Washington Square Park! Close to multiple subways options.
The apartment is a 3 story walkup. It has a bright, airy living room that can fit a 3 seat sofa, desk, side chairs, tv, and dresser. You'll look out the window and can see tree leaves. I have friends over all the time and it's a great place to hang as the living room is big enough for it.
There's a big kitchen with enough space to keep an island with barstools plus plenty of storage.
The bedroom can fit a queen sized bed and has a closet. It's tucked further back in the apartment so it's pin drop quiet. The bathroom is spacious, bright, and clean. Note there are windows in every single room, including the bathroom.
If you're interested in it furnished, I am more than happy to work something out.
