Hi! This apartment is $2.5k per room (reach out if you are only looking for 1 room!)My roommate and I are looking for someone to ideally take over our lease, but also open to a long term sublet. We are both transferring for spring semester and no longer have a reason to live in the city. This is a 2 bed, 1 bath in the heart of the Lower East Side. Washer and dryer in unit! One room is larger but has a slightly smaller closet and the second bedroom in slightly smaller but has a private balcony and large closet.
