This is a true gem of an apartment which you will have the option to lease starting in August if you so choose both of the current tenants will be leaving at the end of the lease. This area is perfect for those employed at New York Presbyterian as you will be walking distance to work. There will be a farmers market in the spring and summer about 3 blocks away and beautiful part about 3 blocks away as well.

You will have the largest room in the apartment and the option to share half of the third bedroom (I use my half of the third bedroom for my home gym at the moment). You will have more closet space than you know what to do with in your bedroom (seriously I have more closet space than I need). Your bedroom is large enough to fit a king size bed or you can fit a bed plus additional furniture (I had a desk and office chair in there at one point to work from home).

The unit is a 4th floor spacious walk up about 2 blocks from the A, C and 1 with:
-a washer/dryer
-dishwasher
-full bath

The living room is furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished. The utilities (electricity/gas/wifi) come out to about $90 per month.

This apartment comes with an incredible room mate who is responsible , clean, and a dream to live with. Roommate's work schedule often scheduled for night shift so if you work during the day you will barely overlap and have the apartment to yourself when you are home. This apartment also comes with a medium sized dog so interested parties must love dogs and be willing to share space with a loving and playful dog.

If I wasn't buying a home, I would stay. I have been here for 5 years and love it. I really feel it is a unicorn apartment for the price, location, and space.
