I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my studio in Hudson Yards starting March 1 thru September 30th. The studio is in a full-time doorman building at the footstep of the Vessel, the Equinox hotel and the 7 line.

I have lived in this building for 1+ years and have absolutely loved the living experience (the best bagels and coffee in the same block!) and only moving due to an unforeseen event. Given my tenure in the building, the studio rent is below their current market price. Amenities are amazing, not to mention the in unit washer dryer.
