Hi! I'm looking for a subleaser for a room within a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the heart of Capital Hill. Located in Sovreign apartments on Boren Ave, this apartment comes with basic amenities like a dishwasher and on-site washer and dryers in the basement. There is garage parking ($150/month) as well as some street parking. Animals are okay. Sorry about the lack of pictures-I just haven't had a chance to take a bunch just yet so let me know if you have any questions or would like to do a virtual tour!

Neighbors are great and the area is fairly safe as well-it's really walkable and is close to shops and the general downtown area.

I'm only looking for women subleasers as my current roommate and I are both women.

Ideal candidates would be:
- working a stable job
-around 22-26 years old (that's how old we are)
- very clean
- kind, considerate, and generally respectful
-communicative

I'm moving to be closer to family-no issues with current roommate.

Ideally looking for someone to be able to move in on January 1st and would be able to stay on until November 2023.
