I am looking for a lucky someone to take over my lease ASAP at my beautiful studio apartment in Prospect Heights. This apartment is a dream, just two blocks from Mount Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Museum of Art, and of course the expansive Prospect Park.

The unit has brand new appliances and hardwood floors and I am happy to leave you my window AC unit. I had originally signed a two year lease for this unit, but life had other plans for me. The building is quiet and tenants are very respectful of each other. This is one of the most dog friendly neighborhoods in the city and that extends to this apartment unit. My golden retriever is included in the lease and if you have a furry family member, they can be added too.

I am flexible on the start time for move-in. Lease ends March 31, 2024. Monthly rent is currently $2550. Rent will increase according to RGB guidelines.
