We have available a super spacious and bright loft conveniently located in Ridgewood! Only a short walk from the L & M trains. Great bars and restaurants around. Pets allowed and no pet fee. The washer & dryer are also in the unit and there's access to a rooftop which is extremely fun to enjoy during summer days. The building was also just renovated and has security access code.

Unfortunately, we are relocating to LA for work and have to find someone to take over the lease. The lease ends in July with option to renew.

We are looking to move out towards the end of January. But, we have some flexibility around the specific dates and willing to move earlier or a little later if needed.
