Property Details

This is beautiful furnished short-term sublet near Gramercy Park, available from February 4th until the end of April. It will be a 3 month lease with February's rent prorated to begin on the 4th. It is ideally situated near the flatiron district and is a comfy, bright studio that will be a convenient base for anyone new to NYC and looking to move into their own place at the end of April. I am looking for someone who will ideally take all the furniture at the end of the 3 months. This will include a bed and mattress, a dresser, a TV, a cupboard, a desk and chair, a sofa, and dining table with benches. And a couple of side tables. This would be yours to keep at no extra charge. You can of course choose to throw things that you may not need away or take them to your next place at the end of this lease but the apartment must be left completely empty at the end of the three months. If you are very interested in the sublet but unable to take the furniture, we can discuss.

Incentives

Internet, hot water, heat and gas all included. You will need to pay me for your electricity bill separately.

Additional fees

You will need to give me a deposit and we will be signing a short term rental agreement.
