Access to the FDR two blocks away, 5 min walk to Lexington Ave/53rd St subway and Lexington Ave/59th St subway. I prefer to take the many bus lines located around the block for easier use and an enjoyable ride.

Sutton Place is a residential neighborhood nestled between the Upper East Side and Midtown Manhattan. There are tons of great local restaurants and bars (will provide recommendations) with easy access to the Upper West Side, Lincoln Center, Central Park, the Met/MoMa and other museums, Times Square, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, and more. There is a running/walking trail and park about a 5 min walk away and a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods on the block as well. Having not known about this neighborhood prior to moving to Manhattan, I wouldn't live anywhere else!
