I am looking for someone to move into my 1bd/1ba apartment at 325 Kent Avenue. My lease isn't up until the end of February, but I am looking for someone to start the lease early/mid January.

The great news is that the building is willing to start a fresh lease with whomever would like the apartment, rather than make someone take over the remainder of my lease and then renew. You would work directly with the building to apply as a tenant and have everything sorted, so no surprises!

My bedroom layout is the largest that is offered in the luxury, amenity build, is south facing, so gets wonderful light. It has 14' ceilings, which also make the space feel big and airy.

325 Kent is a wonderful building, with a great building management team and friendly doormen. This unit has a dishwasher, w/d in unit, gas stove, huge closet, great views, and double paned windows, which make it very quiet and peaceful.

I am actually SO sad to leave, but have to move for personal reasons. There is a bit of flexibility with the start date, so feel free to reach out and ask.

$20 application fee through the building. You will be going through the formal qualifications of this amenity building, so 40x/rent + employment and salary verification, etc.

This building is in massive demand (no 1bd currently available), so this is ultimately a way to skip the line to get in!
