Hi, I am posting about a lease takeover/assignment for unit 14G in 685 First Avenue starting 1/1/23 and ending 11/30/23 - 11 months. Apartment can be made available as soon as 12/19/22.

Rent of $3,995 if start date is 1/1/23 or sooner (will give $1,144 upfront).

You would be stepping into a "COVID deal", with a monthly rent of $4,099, including membership at the building's incredible gym/pool/club/movie theater for two people. These units (K and G line) are currently on the market for roughly $5,300+ (take a look on StreetEasy). This rent is ~$900 per month lower than the cheapest studio being offered in the building currently.

Any interested candidates will take over the lease directly from the building and be a normal renter like anyone else in the building.

Apartment will be delivered as is but with no furniture etc.
