A peaceful and tranquil two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Gowanus. Zen meets hip. The neighborhood is very quiet, industrial and friendly. It is 5 minutes from the F,G and R trains on 4th avenue and 9th street. It is a mile from Prospect Park, steps from Park Slope and a mile and a half to Red Hook. Lots of good coffeeshops, resturants, local bars and music around.

My roommate is in Boston through the end of January possibly February for a work gig. You would have access to a private room with a dresser and wardrobe rack, the room is furnished with a queen sized bed. The apartment gets unbelievable natural light during the day, and is lush with lots of plants and room to do yoga and/or meditation, exercise in the common room. Access to shared spaces kitchen is fully furnished, and Apple TV. The building is very quiet and well maintained. We are on the 4th floor. It can be challenging but the view is beautiful at night and its a great space to chill out.

I am a therapist and I work from home for the most part, I have a 13 year old Maltese named Lola, who is very chill and loves to be around people. Pet lovers are encouraged to apply! Ideally, I am in my 30's clean, laidback and kind. . I love art, culture, yoga and photography.

A reference, security deposit, and paystub will be required. Rent can be prorated for month of December.

I am looking for a mature, kind and responsible grownup to share our space together over winter.
